Getting Started with Replymate

Set up Replymate in minutes — connect your platforms, train your persona, and start automating DMs.

Replymate automates your social DMs with AI that sounds like you. This guide walks you through the essentials.

What you need

  • A Replymate account (join the waitlist for access)
  • A social account to connect (Telegram, Instagram, Reddit, Snapchat, X (Twitter), SMS, Discord, or Facebook)
  • A clear idea of your offer and CTA

Step 1: Connect a platform

  1. Open the dashboard and go to Setup → Bots
  2. Add a new bot and connect Telegram, Instagram, Reddit, Snapchat, X, SMS, Discord, or Facebook
  3. Verify the connection is active

Step 2: Train your persona

  1. Go to Setup → Personas
  2. Define your voice, tone, and style rules
  3. Add knowledge about your offer, objections, and FAQs

Step 3: Configure your funnel

  1. Open Setup → Flow
  2. Set stages: rapport, build, CTA
  3. Write your pitch and objection responses

Step 4: Go live

Toggle your bot on and monitor conversations in the Inbox. Take over manually anytime.
