Your persona is how Replymate sounds in every DM. Getting this right is the difference between automation that converts and automation that gets ignored.
Voice and tone
Define how you talk:
- Formality — casual vs professional
- Emoji usage — none, occasional, or frequent
- Message length — short bursts vs longer explanations
- Energy — calm, enthusiastic, direct
Knowledge base
Add context your persona needs:
- What you sell and who it’s for
- Common questions and objections
- Links to free resources and your main offer
- Things you never say (competitor names, off-brand language)
Style rules
Set hard rules the AI must follow:
- Never mention you’re a bot
- Always ask a question before pitching
- Use the lead’s name when available
- Match their energy level
