Funnel Flow Configuration
Configure rapport, build, and CTA stages for automated DM sales funnels.
Replymate progresses every conversation through configurable funnel stages. Here’s how to set them up.
Default stages
- Rapport — build connection, ask questions, acknowledge their situation
- Build — share value, relate to their problem, establish credibility
- CTA — offer your link, booking page, or product when they’re warm
Configuring each stage
Rapport
- Set opener patterns that match your style
- Define qualifying questions (“What’s your biggest challenge?”)
- Set a message count or signal before moving to Build
Build
- Share free resources or insights
- Handle soft objections
- Transition language (“Want me to send you…?”)
CTA
- Your pitch message and link
- Objection responses for common pushback
- Stop conditions (they said yes, they said no, they booked)
Objection handling
Add responses for common objections:
- “Too expensive” → value reframe
- “Need to think about it” → soft follow-up
- “Not now” → nurture and pause
Analytics
Track how many conversations reach each stage from Analytics → Funnel. Optimize stages where drop-off is highest.
