Connecting Telegram

From the dashboard:

Navigate to Setup → Agents
Select Add agent and choose Telegram
Follow the connection flow to link your account
Confirm the agent status shows Connected

Troubleshooting

Agent not replying? Check that the agent is powered on and the Telegram connection is active.
